Pattaya Days Gone

This is an archive of the Pattaya Days website, a decade and change of blog posts detailing the life and times of a man called Spike. Previously it lived at pattayadays.com - I won’t be linking to that domain directly, as it appears to be an Indian malware/mobile gaming site these days.

It no longer lives there because when Spike moved on from this phase of his life, he bafflingly deleted the entire blog without backing it up because he is a very silly person.

A lucky break with an old backup along with a considerable amount of work to tease old rambles from tatty databases, hoist 4000 photos of polo ponies off Flickr and a roll or six of digital duct tape to stick it all back together leave us with this - a searchable, static version of that life.

Note that the archive is not entirely complete and there may be conversion bugs - the backup wasn’t terribly up-to-date and some data has been trickier to preserve.
